Let your patrons request a reservation by fax or E-mail. The hostess can confirm
the reservation with an e-mail or phone call. Have guests sign up for the frequent
diner program, or daily menu listing.
The manager can:
- Manage guest records
- Send targeted emails for birthdays and anniversaries
- Manage frequent diner points
- Notify patrons of special events
- Send monthly frequent diner points balance
